Brian Morrison joins Oxley Rich Sammons PLLC after spending his entire career litigating insurance disputes, employment law, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Rated AV by Martindale Hubbell for preeminent legal skills and high ethical standards, he has taken numerous cases to trial throughout West Virginia. Brian’s experience includes cases appealed to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. He has also served as amicus counsel on behalf of various insurance or private entities regarding appeals to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Brian is married to Missy Morrison, and has a step-daughter, Lexi Browning. In his spare time, he enjoys riding bicycles, golfing, hiking and scuba diving. He and his wife volunteer in the community, assisting the homeless and those in addiction recovery. Brian and Missy are members of Pea Ridge Baptist Church in Barboursville.
