Elijah is from Ironton, OH. Prior to joining Oxley Rich Sammons, PLLC Elijah worked for a defense litigation firm where his experience was focused in insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, and correctional systems litigation. Elijah's educational highlights include being the Treasurer of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association, an internship with the WVU Office of Technology Transfer, and his participation in the WVU Veterans Advocacy Clinic.
