Personal Experience
Jason is from Barboursville, WV where he lives with his wife Alice and their four children. Prior to his legal career, he worked for several years for a local nursing home initially as a Social Worker then as the Director of Admissions. He has practiced law for over 20 years and has extensive court room experience. Prior to joining Oxley Rich Sammons, he worked for Steptoe & Johnson PLLC for 10 years, and, prior to that, he spent the first 10 years of his career working for Huddleston Bolen, LLP where his practice focused on insurance defense, railroad law, and products liability defense. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his children, wood working, and beekeepping.
