Personal Experience
Omar joined Oxley Rich Sammons, PLLC in May 2025 after over four years with Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in Charleston. He brings extensive experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the law to the practice. During this time, Omar represented clients on a wide range of local, state, and federal matters in West Virginia and beyond. This representation included various civil and insurance litigation claims as well as family-based and employment-based immigration benefits. Omar is proud to bring this work and experience to Oxley Rich Sammons, PLLC. A native of South Charleston, Omar lives in Huntington with his wife Lacey, their dogs Nilla and Biskit, and their cats. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, and traveling. Omar also coaches youth soccer at the YMCA of Huntington.
