Experience
David E. Rich joins us as a Partner after spending eight years as a Partner at the Huntington law firm of Anspach Meeks Ellenberger, LLC. Dave headed up the West Virginia division of Anspach’s multi-state nursing home defense team, defending multiple nursing home providers in Ohio, West Virginia, and Georgia. Prior to that, he worked as a Counsel for the Charleston, WV office of Cincinnati-based Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP. As a member of Dinsmore’s Litigation Department and a member of the Mass Tort Practice Group, David handled a wide array of litigation, including participating on a recent 4th Circuit Court of Appeals case involving a former Massey Coal entity. Dave’s current practice focuses on general litigation and includes complex medical malpractice, as well as the defense of insurance companies and personal injury clients.
